Carlos Cornejo has over 25 years of experience in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Social Security, and Immigration matters.
He possesses extensive knowledge in labor planning, designing compensation systems, implementing disciplinary procedures, conducting due diligence and labor audits, and delivering in-house training.
He is also recognized as an experienced litigator, representing clients in high-impact cases.
He is an active member of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law. In addition, he is a certified labor arbitrator and is listed in the National Register of Arbitrators for Collective Bargaining of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.
Carlos holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s Degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the same institution.
He teaches in postgraduate programs at leading Peruvian universities such as Universidad ESAN, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and CENTRUM. He is also the author of various specialized articles on Labor Law.
