Lucía Varillas specializes in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, and Immigration Matters.

She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s Degree in Labour Relations and Employment from the International Training Centre of the ILO and the Università degli Studi di Torino (Italy). She also completed a Diploma in Human Talent Management at Universidad ESAN.

She has published several articles on Labor Law in specialized journals and has also served as a columnist and host at Perú Legal.
