Jhomira Hidalgo specializes in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, and labor inspection procedures, with experience in the mining and construction sectors.

She holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and served as Executive Director of the Study Group on Social Organization and Employment – GEOSE.
