Ítalo Mórtola Flores specializes in Labor Law, Social Security, and Labor Tax Law.

He has extensive experience in private legal advisory and has served as Vice Minister of Labor and Chief of Staff of Advisors at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.

He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (Chile).
