Daniel de la Vega has over 18 years of experience in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law, with a specialization in managing and resolving collective labor disputes.

He possesses deep expertise in developing negotiation strategies and implementing solutions for collective labor conflicts across various economic sectors.

He is also a certified labor law arbitrator and is part of the National Register of Arbitrators for Collective Bargaining at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.

He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master’s Degree in Legal Theory and Legal Argumentation from Universidad de Salamanca (Spain).

He furthered his education in advanced Procedural Law and Litigation at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has published several articles on Labor Law in specialized journals.
