Carlos Cornejo has over 25 years of experience in Labor Law, Labor Procedural Law, Social Security, and Immigration matters.<\/p>\n
He possesses extensive knowledge in labor planning, designing compensation systems, implementing disciplinary procedures, conducting due diligence<\/em> and labor audits, and delivering in-house<\/em> training.<\/p>\n He is also recognized as an experienced litigator, representing clients in high-impact cases.<\/p>\n He is an active member of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law. In addition, he is a certified labor arbitrator and is listed in the National Register of Arbitrators for Collective Bargaining of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.<\/p>\n Carlos holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa and a Master\u2019s Degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the same institution.<\/p>\n He teaches in postgraduate programs at leading Peruvian universities such as Universidad ESAN, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and CENTRUM.
